White pinot

A light, fine wine with a prominent aroma, yellow-green to light green colour. Characterized by noticeably harmonized acids which have dosed the taste that, in return, cannot be objected of perhaps lacking a beam of sun's blessing. It is a very individualized and independent wine, ideal for quietness and people who like creating in solitude. This wine sort is extremely sensitive to frost. It goes with fine white meat and quality fish dishes.
