Sauvignon

Particularly composite white wine, of light greenish colour. It has a distinctive note of elder flowers, a pleasant slight bitterness typical for wine sorts of this area, yet subtly distributed so that it can be traced in the background. A strong, completely rounded wine characterized by a fullness of taste and harmony typical for the white sorts of Baranja wines. The winemakers achieve best results in the terrains above Suza.

It is recommended to serve it with finest white meat and freshwater fish dishes.
