Graševina

A fresh and pleasant white wine, straw yellow colour with fruit flavour. It has a distinctively layered smell, occasionally evoking a coconut sensation, even the chocolate scent. Due to its optimum neutrality, it is recommended as the first wine, being smooth and completely open to further comments. The consumers soon recognize its adjustability since it is easily possible to combine with tastes of different dishes, strongly spiced or unspiced, prepared from white meat or quality freshwater fish.
