Black pinot
A formed dry red wine, with a fine red and rubin red colour, yet not an intensive but somehow deeper – aging, it even turns to brown. A luxurious flavour of ripe grapes has been developed to a gentle nuance of eminent dryness. It goes well with dark meat and venison dishes. Very easy to drink with cooked meat, even chicken, with well salted roasted duck or goose. It requires spicy sauces and mature cheese.
